How to insert a new slide? Use different types of layout and type the Animal name with its picture in five slides. Use master pages to the slides. Exercise instructions can be as below:

Create a presentation in English

Open the presentation

Insert five slides

Type any flower’s name in it and insert the appropriate animal below the name

Set any slide as the master slide

Use properties and formatting tool (Bold , Italic and Underline etc.)

1. Have a ‘Animals’ folder somewhere in your PC so that the required image file is available for the students in PC while doing the exercise.
2. Even if it takes time, make the Students type the text.
3. Allow the Students to see the Output exercise solution.odp with the solution.
4. Use the words “Layout”, “Properties”, “Master pages”. “slide”, “Insert”, etc. while teaching. They need to become familiar with these words.
